We'll start off by placing signage in your yard and listing your home across multiple online platforms
Showing Your Property
Prospective tenants can easily schedule self-showings at their convenience, complete with ID verification for added security.
Collection of Initial Funds
Upon approval, residents will provide a reservation fee to secure the property until the move-in date. On move-in day, we collect the deposit, first month’s rent, and any applicable pet fees.
Move-In Inspection
Prior to the approved resident’s move-in date, we will perform a move-in inspection with a detailed report for your records.
Lease Signing
Before handing over the keys, we'll sign the lease and related documents with the resident. Once the lease is signed and funds are deposited, we send you a copy and disburse the first month’s rent, minus fees.

We prioritize proactive and efficient maintenance to ensure the optimal condition of the properties we manage. We do regular home inspections, addressing preventive maintenance needs, and promptly attending to any reported issues. We have a network of reliable and skilled contractors to handle repairs promptly, and we keep an open line of communication with property owners throughout the process, providing transparency and peace of mind. Our commitment to exceptional property management includes our 24-hour emergency answering service.
Our Project Management Services allow the owner to be completely hands-off during the renovation process and trust that they are going to get the highest-quality renovations for the most competitive price, completed in a timely manner.
Tenants are required to make online payments via the tenant portal or via an electronic payment voucher. These are all reflected in the owner ledger which is accessible via the owner tenant portal.
We encourage tenants to submit all issues in writing via the tenant portal. This allows us to keep track of recurring issues, account for the work and ensure timely completion. Tenants may also contact our office via voice or text during business hours for any questions or concerns
All owner payments are made between the 15th and 20th of the month. Timing of payment will also depend on tenant payment date and any outstanding work order or bills.
In order to avoid any miscommunication, most owner communication will be in writing via email or text. You may also call our office and speak to our investor relations manager during business hours.
