Katherine Langevin

Broker, Property Manager

Katherine Langevin is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate Professional with a decade of industry experience. Katherine brings a wealth of knowledge, having managed multi-family properties and audited real estate investment companies. She also played a key role in launching two successful property management companies in South Florida.

In 2019, Katherine bought her first investment property in South Florida, and by 2022, she had expanded her portfolio to Conyers, Macon, and Columbus, GA. Her experience includes single-family and multi-family buy-and-hold investments, flips, house-hacking, medium-term rentals and short-term rentals.

As a dedicated full-time real estate professional, Katherine specializes in managing properties in Class C/D neighborhoods, Section 8, and affordable housing. She has extensive experience managing property rehabilitation and remodeling, from comprehensive renovations to rebuilding homes.

As an investor, she understands how important it is to have the right team, systems and processes in place to scale your real estate portfolio. This is why she founded Moonstone Real Estate Group LLC.

We thoroughly screen all prospective residents to ensure we match you with the most qualified renters. Our in-depth resident screening process entails: reviewing credit reports, performing a criminal background check, conducting a nationwide eviction history search, verifying that the applicant’s income is steady & sufficient, and confirming rental history by contacting current & previous landlords

We prioritize proactive and efficient maintenance to ensure the optimal condition of the properties we manage. We do regular home inspections, addressing preventive maintenance needs, and promptly attending to any reported issues. We have a network of reliable and skilled contractors to handle repairs promptly, and we keep an open line of communication with property owners throughout the process, providing transparency and peace of mind. Our commitment to exceptional property management includes our 24-hour emergency answering service.

Our Project Management Services allow the owner to be completely hands-off during the renovation process and trust that they are going to get the highest-quality  renovations for the most competitive price, completed in a timely manner.

Tenants are required to make online payments via the tenant portal or via an electronic payment voucher. These are all reflected in the owner ledger which is accessible via the owner tenant portal.

We encourage tenants to submit all issues in writing via the tenant portal. This allows us to keep track of recurring issues, account for the work and ensure timely completion. Tenants may also contact our office via voice or text during business hours for any questions or concerns

All owner payments are made between the 15th and 20th of the month. Timing of payment will also depend on tenant payment date and any outstanding work order or bills.

In order to avoid any miscommunication, most owner communication will be in writing via email or text. You may also call our office and speak to our investor relations manager during business hours.
