Do you have an office?

No. We operate fully remote from Atlanta. Our team will meet you at the property during move-in.

How can I schedule a showing?

We have self-showings available any day. You may schedule a showing online or contact our office to schedule one for you.

How much do I need to move-in?

We generally request first month rent and one month security deposit. Depending on tenant history, additional security deposit may be required.

Where can I get an application?

Where do I pay rent?

All payments are done electronically. Rent is paid online via the tenant portal or via electronic payment voucher.
