We do regular home inspections, addressing preventive maintenance needs, and promptly attending to any reported issues. We have a network of reliable and skilled contractors to handle repairs promptly, and we keep an open line of communication with property owners throughout the process, providing transparency and peace of mind. Our commitment to exceptional property management includes our 24-hour emergency answering service.

Our Project Management Services allow the owner to be completely hands-off during the renovation process and trust that they are going to get the highest-quality  renovations for the most competitive price, completed in a timely manner.

Tenants are required to make online payments via the tenant portal or via an electronic payment voucher. These are all reflected in the owner ledger which is accessible via the owner tenant portal.

We encourage tenants to submit all issues in writing via the tenant portal. This allows us to keep track of recurring issues, account for the work and ensure timely completion. Tenants may also contact our office via voice or text during business hours for any questions or concerns

All owner payments are made between the 15th and 20th of the month. Timing of payment will also depend on tenant payment date and any outstanding work order or bills.

In order to avoid any miscommunication, most owner communication will be in writing via email or text. You may also call our office and speak to our investor relations manager during business hours.
